Client: Jordan & Jordan Marketing Yes, we "practice what we provide"!
It is important to think about your marketing campaigns and focus points for the entire year. In this annual campaign, we develop a calendar with 12 different marketing topics and distribute it to our clients, colleagues, referral partners, strategic alliances and qualified prospects. Throughout the year additional distributions occur at exhibitions (The North County Business Showcase, The Women in Business Symposium, etc.), networking, at Discovery Sessions, at Forum for Four™ Sessions and via marketing calender online requests.
In coordination with the calendar, our monthly marketing tips eNewsletter, Marketing Matters! is sent with more detailed information and special incentives/offers. Additionally, our telephone greeting also mentions the marketing topic along with instructions for requesting a calendar and signing up for the Marketing Matters! eNewsletter.
Though this is the heart and soul of our marketing plan, we have developed and will implement various other campaigns throughout the year including but not limited to: direct mail, client retention, referral campaign, exhibiting, networking and sponsorships.
Results: Jordan & Jordan has maintained top of mind awareness and consistency in keeping in contact with our clients, prospects, referral partners, strategic alliances and business colleagues.
