So that's the definition... but, what does this mean to YOU, ?
To gain and maintain TOMA, your marketing must be consistent. Whether your strategy is email, print, call or other, staying connected with your clients, prospects, colleagues, referral sources and strategic alliances will
keep you on the top of their mind. Soooo... when it comes time to buy or refer, you get the business or lead.
